Georgian Acanthus Mirror

A broken pediment is framed by egg and dart molding atop this handsome architectural mirror. Sculpted side draping with tassels and rosettes add a little something extra. Echoed in the frame around the beveled glass is petite egg and dart molding. The crest is a spray of acanthus leaves. Panels are faux tortoise shell and all gold leaf is hand-laid with an antique patina. 25 x 47."
