Basic Freight DeliveryShipping and handling charges are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address using the chart below.

Delivery: Most of our deliveries are made in 7-10 business days.
Service: Deliveries are made to the door. 1-2 days prior to delivery, our carrier will phone you to set up a delivery appointment. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Someone must be present to accept delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Basic Freight Delivery items are shipped at international rates. Please contact us for a quote at 804-285-3355.

Return Policy
Customer SatisfactionAt Chadwick Living, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and ExchangesYou may return any non-Furniture item purchased on our Web site either by mail or in person at our store. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
